Experience has shown that most house projects are rarely as easy as they seem. Foreseeing, understanding and overcoming these complexities and nuances are what Andy does best.

Andy and his wife have undertaken many large-scale upgrades and remodeling projects on their own homes. They have added a balcony and a porch cover, replaced windows, raised the fireplace, hand built new cabinets, modified yard space for a duck run, poured concrete sidewalks, built a hot tub patio and even added a huge treehouse and a back yard zip line for the kids!
